Maguin assists sensitive sites in the installation of solutions for site safety and protection.

“Tiger” defense system

MAGUIN SAS markets a complete defense system named “TIGER” intended to protect sensitive installations. This system consists of fixed or mobile components, such as: :

access gantries controlled by vision or thermal cameras ,
stopping systems against ram vehicles, that may stop trucks and any other vehicles,
signaling warheads,
roadway barrier systems.

This equipment includes subsets, that may be ballasted with sand, water or concrete according to version (giving them a mass that may reach 1000 kg and more / module).

Gantries

Width : 80-100-120-140 base

Welded structure in S235 steel, painted (RAL to be confirmed), modular, equipped with connecting legs to warheads.

Dimensions: 1000 / 1200 / 1400 / 1600*1000*H 2700 mm; weight about 250 kg (according to width)

Deployable with many variants: anti-crossing bars, access control camera, thermal camera…

3 claws stopping system

Welded structure in S235 steel with paint (RAL white 9010), partially filled with concrete or any other material to be defined (sand, water…) by your request.

Dimensions: 2000*1500*H860 mm ; weight 1T

Basic warhead

Welded structure in S235 steel painted (RAL white 9010), modular, equipped with connecting legs to warheads or gantries, partially filled with concrete or any other material to be defined (sand, water…) by your request.

Dimensions: 1740*490*H 700 mm ; weight 800 kg

Upon request, this version can be linked together with cables step by step.

Lighting warhead

Welded structure in S235 steel painted traffic yellow with black bands (RAL safety yellow 1018/ black 9005), partially filled with concrete or any other material to be defined (sand, water…) by your request.

Dimensions: 1740*490* H700 mm ; weight 800 kg

Equipped with 10 flash lights 24V connected into Plexo junction boxes included in the warhead from which originates 1 output cable R2V 3G1.5 length 25m. This last one runs through the structure and is supplied cut to quoted length, not connected.

The flasher relay 12V is supplied, but not built into box.

The supply voltage and its protections are not supplied.

The warhead is equipped with a trap bolted on upper part with seal for access to connections.

Roadway barrier system

Welded structure in S235 steel painted (as necessary), modular, partially filled with concrete or any other material (sand, water…) to be defined by your request.

Dimensions: 1992*270*H 615mm, here in concrete version
